The staff and carers were outstanding in every meaning of the ward, kind caring and considerate (125%).
Suggested improvements
The only issues we had was the paperwork not being co-ordinated between the relevant depts i.e. doctors, Serona and St. Peters. I detected some doubt with the carers and district nurse when they referral to the medication etc. we not informed of the removal of the driver until the day it was going to happen, yet it had been decided 24 hours before eventually everything was resolved.

Doctors, nurses and all staff are very caring, supportive and kind. Everyone makes my mum at ease, her pain is under control and she is looked after. Thank you for all your hard work, kindness and support.

This was the first contact I had with you. It was a chat about what was going on. I can't comment on treatment. It made me feel better knowing that I could talk to someone if I wanted to looking forward to the next visit thank you P.R.O cannot.
